2. Ticket Purchases

By booking a ticket through this platform, you agree to these terms. Tickets are issued for specific exhibition time slots and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Each ticket includes a unique QR code that must be presented at the venue entrance. Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot indicated.

3. Admission

Admission is subject to availability and valid ticket presentation. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket is invalid, expired, or has already been used for check-in.

Visitors must comply with all venue rules and staff instructions during their visit.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund policies vary by exhibition. Please contact info@padimai.net for cancellation or refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including artwork descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of Padimai Pte Ltd or its licensors. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Padimai Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or attendance at exhibitions, to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
